The company wishes to fill the vacant position Of:

POSITION: RETAIL CENTRE REPRESENTATIVE-MUFULIRA

To be based in Mufulira and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager -North, the incumbent shall be responsible for managing the sales and customer services at Mopani site

Key areas of responsibility:

• Attending to day to day running of the Centre and providing the best service to the customers on site.
• Interacting with present and potential customers for all requirements and product queries.
• Recording all new customers and informing the Regional Sales Manager-North timely.
• Ensuring all books (i.e. cash, credit, quotation, receipt, invoice, etc) are filed and kept properly and safely.
• Receiving orders from, preparing invoices for and arranging scheduled deliveries to customers on agreed delivery days.
• Preparing monthly reports on monthly activities for submission to the Regional Sales Manager-North.
• Preparing and issuing out cylinder allocation forms and invoices to new customers and additionally allocated cylinders to existing customers.
• Preparing monthly cylinder reconciliation (i.e. fills in cylinder reconciliation forms).
• Issuing out quotations and giving advice to customers on the various products and services.
• Checking orders received from customers for accuracy and confirming them by e-mail
• Recording and reporting on a daily basis customer complaints and lost business in terms of nil stock items to the Regional Sales Manager-North.
• Carrying out the custodial function of the depot inventory and ensuring that all saleable stocks are in place at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Full Grade 12 certificate
• A certificate qualification in Sales / Marketing/ Technical field or equivalent.
• ACCPAC exposure, computer literacy, and Retail selling skills,
• Work experience in a similar role in the gas and petroleum industry will be a distinct added advantage
