SENIOR LECTURER – SCHOOL OF BUSINESS INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY

The main purpose of the job

To contribute in the design and development of the curriculum and deliver teaching to students within the quality assurance framework of Higher Education Authority and the University and as well as implementing the University’s research plans and coordinating research activity within the specific subject area.

Qualifications and Experience

•  Ph.D. relevant in Business or other related fields
•  Masters in Business or other related fields from a recognized institution of higher learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business from a recognized institution of higher learning.
•  Teaching experience at University level for at least five (5) years at the rank of Lecturer.
•  At least two (3) scholarly articles in internationally recognized journals
• Experience of teaching within an international context

k) Ability to control a classroom and teach

m) Excellent knowledge of on-line resources for specific area of expertise

o) High levels of integrity
