Cure Chem is a multinational company established in India, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique and Tanzania. It is a leading supplier of various chemicals and provides water treatment services. We are recruiting for the position Warehouse and Logistics – Internship

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY

• Checking or verifying products received against the purchase orders
• Check if for nonconforming products
• Ensure that goods are delivered on time to our clients and warehouse
• Participate in periodic stock taking.
• Ensure health and safety measures are implemented and followed.
• Produce Reports
• Check the documentation of incoming items tally with the physical items and note discrepancies in delivery
• Updating of stock cards immediately after the transaction
• Issue out items to end users on the strength of authorized requisition form
• Assist to ensure items are stored in a systematic manner by category
• Maintain a filing system for stores documents e.g. GRV, PODs,
• Capture delivery notes into the system (Tally).
• Raise any nonconformity
• Any other duties assigned by the supervisor

MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• DIPLOMA IN PURCHASING AND SUPPLY/TRANSPORT AND LOGISTICS
