About the Job

The Finance Assistant is responsible for transactional processing and reporting of finance transactions. S/he provides services in recording and reporting financial information for FSDZ. The Finance Assistant will play a key role in the financial management process, handling verifications, processing and documentation of financial transactions in FSDZ.

S/he will report to the Finance Officer.

The objective of this role is to ensure full compliance, accurate and timely financial recording and reconciliations, and the keeping of accurate, timely, complete and accessible financial records.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of one-year work experience in a similar role
  • Experience using MS Office packages, in particular, Excel and Word
  • A minimum of ACCA 1 or ZICA Technician or equivalent is a must.
