ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Key Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the achievement of targets for revenues, profitability and customer satisfaction within the Segment by executing customer acquisition and retention plans.
  • Assesses product and service needs and prepares proposals for solutions within our value proposition for Enterprise clients.
  • Processes the service contract for new clients following MTNZ policy and established procedure.
  • Conduct education sessions for new clients to ensure that clients understand and optimise the use of new products and services, leading to high satisfaction levels
  • Develops and maintains good business relationships with clients to ensure that a high level of on-going technical support post implementation of solutions meets client expectations.
  • Provides information for the analyses of client account performance for purposes of optimising sales and penetration into existing Enterprise customers through appropriate life cycle management to grow revenues and value.
  • Applies MTN Enterprise policies and principles appropriately in all acquisition and retention activities.
  • Ensures that clients meet their payment obligations on a timely basis.
  • Stays abreast of developments in an area of expertise and performs to the highest ethical and professional standards

Candidate Requirements

  • Business/Marketing or equivalent professional Diploma
  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • 2 years’ experience in a sales environment, at least a years’ experience in Telecommunications
  • Knowledge of GSM and ISP Environment.
  • Knowledge of MTN products and Services
  • Understanding various converging technologies
  • Understanding of various corporate requirements
