REVENUE ASSURANCE AND FRAUD MITIGATION ANALYST

Applicant Profile:  The candidate is expected to report to the Revenue Assurance Manager. The main responsibilities include performing RAFM controls to detect any revenue and cost leakages; Build, roll out and refine the controls in order to drive financial improvement across the business; Identification of misalignments in products and services design, subscriber billing and charging processes; and regulatory non-compliance. Suitable applicant should have a background in IT skills preferably SQL programming. Professional certification in Data Analytics, Audit, Revenue Assurance and Fraud Mitigation will be an added advantage.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring billing integrity checks across the various revenue streams.
• Perform charging accuracy on Products and Service.
• Stock management and related controls.
• Perform trend analysis to see various usage patterns and assess subscriber behavior.
• Work closely with Revenue Assurance Manager to address operational challenges that may arise from time to time.
• Work closely with various business units to assess risks and define operational controls that will eliminate or mitigate the associated risk.
• Building of revenue reconciliation controls across all business streams delegated.

Candidates Requirements:

• Tertiary accounting qualification ZICA/ACCA/BAcc/BCOM/BSC/other post-grad degree or
• Qualifications in technology as bachelors or higher in Computer science/Information systems
• Management, Telecoms, etc.
• 3 years working experience in Revenue Assurance/audit/Data Analytics/MIS/Finance
• Beneficial to have experience with enterprise financial system.
• Must know PLSQL, use of tools such as toad, DB knowledge. Minimum of 3 years.
• Preference to candidates with experience in usage of RA tools, audit tools, business intelligence tools, business modelling
