Zambia Airports Corporation Limited is a reputable Aviation Organization with a mission to provide World Class Airport and Air Navigation Services at our four major International airports; namely Kenneth Kaunda in Lusaka, Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe in Ndola, Harry Mwaanga Nkumbula in Livingstone and Mfuwe International Airports.

POSITION: MANAGER-COMMERCIAL MARKETING AND ADVERTISING (1)

LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

Summary of duties and responsibilities

Provide functional expertise and execute Commercial Marketing and Advertising services, in line with the relevant legislation, policies, strategies, processes, procedures and required standards, and in alignment with the division strategy.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Grade 12 School Certificate with least 5 “O” levels at credits including English and Mathematics.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Science or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in the relevant field of which 2 years should be at the senior level.
  • Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing or any other relevant professional body.

Key Performance Areas

  • Contribute to Commercial Services strategy alignment and operational planning processes;
  • Manage and execute Commercial Marketing and Advertising services:
  • Drive the optimization and enhancement of Commercial Infrastructure and Property Management processes to ensure the efficiency of the unit in delivering services;
  • Manage and coordinate the unit’s governance, reporting and stakeholder management processes, and activities;
  • Manage the implementation of the Unit’s projects.
  • Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

The salary and benefits shall be commensurate to the position.
