EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Zambia International Trade Fair (ZITF) a Company owned by the Government Republic of Zambia (GRZ) through the Industrial Development Corporation is looking for a talented, energetic, enthusiastic and suitably qualified person for the Position of Accounts/stores Assistant. ZITF based in Ndola on the Copper belt province provides on an annual international platform for Industrial, Commercial Agriculture, and General Exhibitions.

Accounts/Stores Assistant (1)

Purpose of the Job

To assist the Superior with accounting and finance duties as well as maintaining the inventory of materials in ZITF Stores.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES

  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Preparation of payments
  • Updating books of Accounts
  • Maintaining Petty Cash
  • Maintaining of Stores – Inventory of Materials
  • Debt Collection
  • Posting and computing  of Vat

QUALIFICATIONS

  • ZICA licentiate or equivalent such as DFA/ATD/Part ACCA/CIMA
  • Diploma/Certificate in stores management will be an added advantage
  • Must be a member of ZICA
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
