As part of our expansion plan, we are inviting suitably qualified, experienced, ambitious, self-motivated, to apply for the position Debt Collections Manager.
JOB BRIEF
This role of Debt Collections Manager reports to the Country Manager of PremierCredit Zambia.
The responsibility of ensuring that debt which is owed to a company is paid as quickly as possible is the job description of a collection manager. In addition, the manager oversees a staff of collectors whose job it is to contact other companies and individuals who are late making payments on products and services they have received.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or any other related discipline;
- MBA in Finance or Economics an advantage
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in the Microfinance Institutions or Banks, of which at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
