General Description

The job holder provides general production oversight and performs the overall day to day functions of planning, controlling, coordinating and organizing the production-related activities of the University Farm. In carrying out this function, the job holder’s overall performance will be measured by their ability to meet set objectives and production targets.
They work in close liaison with the business operations wing of the farm to ensure timely availability of labour, supplies and other resources. The job holder also ensures that remedial measures are taken to address product-related customer complaints relayed by business operations.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

Full Grade 12 Certificate
Two years of college with course work in Agriculture, Animal Sciences or related field
