Responsibilities include:

• Identify new channels to increase sales and activations
• Identify new sales opportunities and focus the sales effort to capitalize on such opportunities
• Develop and implement various strategies to ensure customer satisfaction levels and optimum revenue levels are achieved
• Recruitment, monitoring, and management of agent and their performance
• Drive sales activities and acquisition of customers
• Drive revenue growth and increase customer awareness and usage of Mobile Money services.

Candidate Requirements

• Business/Marketing/Sales Diploma
• 2 years’ experience in a marketing, sales or customer care environment.
•  Negotiating skills
• Customer handling skills
