JOB VACANCY ALERT: SALES ASSISTANT AND PA to MD

Top Access requires a candidate to cover the dual role of Sales Assistant and PA

JOB DESCRIPTION

PA Responsibilities will include:
• acting as the first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments of the Managing Director;
• managing social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp);
• reminding the Managing Director of important tasks and deadlines;
• typing correspondence;
• attending to adhoc administrative tasks;
• liaising suppliers and customers;
• collating and filing expenses; and
• Attending to tasks to support the Managing Director, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with regulatory requirements with PACRA, ZRA, Lusaka City Council, etc.

Sales Consultant Responsibilities will include:

• Meets with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales and knowledge;
• Makes sales appointments with customers;
• Generates new leads by meeting with customers;
• Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with products and services;
• Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales;
• Discovers how to market products to new users;
• Understands how to make products appeal to customers based on the environment and current trends;
• Uses Social Media Platforms to push products to a given target market;
• Works to develop new sales strategies;
• Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies;
• Demonstrates advanced sales knowledge; and
• Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers,
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Time-Oriented, Friendly, Sales, Product Knowledge, People Person, Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Writes Reports, Presentations, Public Speaking, able to work with minimum supervision;
• Must have a Full G12 ECZ Certificate or equivalent;
• Must have a Diploma in Sales & Marketing;
• Pervious work experience will be an added advantage and
• Clean Driver’s License
