RDG designs manufacture and distributes PAYG Solar Home systems throughout Zambia. If you are ambitious, hardworking and have experience in stock management, we are looking for you to help us expand!
KEY RESULT AREAS AND OUTPUT
• Responsible for making sure that stock requests are met and tracked
• Reconciling Head office and RDG shop stock transfers and ensuring correct stocks is transferred.
• Managing stock movements in the system, keeping stock records and providing reports for the warehouse.
• Producing and submitting daily stock count and variance reports.
• Ensuring that stock records are up to date and are accurate all the time.
• Ensuring that stock in the warehouse is properly stacked and clearly labelled.
• Conduct month-end stock counts
• Any other stock related duties and assignment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certificate/Diploma in Logistic, Stores and stock management, or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
KEY ATTRIBUTES AND CHARACTERISTICS
• Must possess operations skills relevant to stock management
• Proficient in MS Excel and good communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good time management
• Must be proactive with a strong personality.
