We are looking for a hardworking and serious intern to join our highly productive and results-oriented team at our offices located in Kitwe.  This is an opportunity to launch a career in micro-financial services. Responsibilities:

• Perform ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Manager. e.g. Processing loans, Marketing, Recording all client correspondence, etc
• Data entry and maintenance of databases
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of accounting, reporting and other procedure documentation
• Assist in maintaining hard-copy and electronic client files
• Assist other team members with ad-hoc tasks

• Serious and professional attitude/mentality towards work
• Initiative and keen to learn on the job
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly driven and consistently exceeds expectations
• Fantastic time management and organizational skills
• Excellent multi-tasker who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft package e.g. excel, power point etc.)

Qualifications:

• Recently graduated candidate from degree or diploma
• Preferably someone who lives in Kitwe
• Available for an immediate start
