The Right-Fit candidate:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Tech-savvy and brilliant with MS PowerPoint (stylistically and to capture learners’ attention)
- Attentive to detail and ability to deliver learning solutions that speak to the intended audience
- Fantastic people skills (dealing with diverse stakeholders)
- Knowledge of leading-edge L&D methodologies (participatory learning, impact-driven evaluation & measurement of RoI)
- Multilingual in local languages (desirable)
Our L&D Lead will help:
- managers develop their team members
- implement various learning methods (on-the-job training, blended learning, bite-sized learning, learning at the speed of need, etc.)
- lead a world-class L&D function
