Topstar is a Zambian communications company that has come to offer Digital life to all Zambians. As an equal opportunity employer and fast-growing company, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate to fill the vacancy of Dealer Sales Representative (×1 each town).

Work Place

  • Mungu, Chinsali, Mazabuka,mwinilunga,petauke,Chama,Chadiza,Kasama, Mkunshi,Kawambwa

Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain the market agents/ Dealers.
    Implement the channel sale policy, and formulate promotion plan.
  • Enlarge channel sales market and achieve expected sales targets.
  • Keep good relationship with dealers, and resolve the problems that dealers are facing.
  • Dealing with customers’ complaints promptly, and collect market information.
  • Give feedback and handle the information from dealers
  • Analyze the information of dealers and market, and forecast the market trends.
  • Support delivery of goods, payment collection, receipts, account checking, etc.
  • Achieve sales targets individually and submit all the required documents in time.
  • Check sales record and make sure the payments are on time.
  • And any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Requirement

  • Degree in any business related field.
  • 1 Years working experience in Telecommunications
  • Company or profit-making organization.
  • Must be familiar with the town (Local Resident)
  • Fluent in the local language spoken within the town
  • Excellent communication skills (English).
  • Possess strong product and system knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining to the work force.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Computer Literacy
