Operation: Greenroad International Logistics limited

Responsibilities of operation position:

1. Responsible for the operation of international air cargo, receiving orders and arranging space booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs declaration and settlement

2. Prepare the air cargo booking, dock with the fleet, arrange to pick up the goods, and book the space with the airline or the agent.

3. Follow up the transshipment situation of air cargo and overseas docking

4. Documents and documents sorting and filing supplier reconciliation, and payment request.

5. Handle customer complaints, disputes and other related work assigned by the superior

qualifications

1. Proficient in computer operation and English is preferred.

2. At least 1-2 years ’experience in international freight operation;

3. Familiar with the local air transportation operations, have the knowledge of freight forwarding, transportation, and certain import and export trade, and understand the advantageous routes of local freight forwarders;

4. Familiar with the operation and service process of air and sea transportation is preferred;

5. Careful work, a strong sense of responsibility, a strong sense of service and team spirit;
