Guardian Reinsurance Brokers is looking for a suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position;

Operations Manager

Job Description

• To identify and solicit new business opportunities that fit with the strategic direction
• To be responsible for the overall operational of the reinsurance broking business
• To ensure that there is totally compliance of company policies, procedures or law pertaining to the business
• Participate in the development and implementation of both short and long term policies and strategies
• Training and development of junior staff

Requirements

• Full grade 12 certificate with passes in both English and Mathematics
• Degree in Insurance or any other related business discipline
• A marketing qualification will be an added advantage
• Must be a team player
• Should demonstrate an undertaking of facultative and treaty reinsurance business
