Operations Manager- (This position its based in Malawi)
Our client, a leading telecommunications software and hardware company with worldwide operations, is looking for the above mentioned positions to join their team.
Summary
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
• A relevant qualification ( Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Applications etc).
• Knowledge in SMSC, USSD, Roaming, SADM, IN, MSC, HLR and GSM
• Hands on experience on Mobile Money and Banking.

Functions
• Will be the local interface for all Client communications with Technical, Business and Senior Management/CXO level teams at OpCo Level
• Perform periodic Governance reviews with OpCo team
• Co-ordinates with various internal stake holders for all deliveries
• Manage& accountable OpCo Operations and Local teams
• Manage and accountable for all Project/Integrations/CRs for OpCo
• Accountable for all technical delivery issues relating to 24×7 operations
