We are looking to recruit a vibrant, professional and diverse team of qualified candidates to take up a number of roles within the organization.
Role: Paramedical Staff
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum Qualification of a Master’s Degree in mental health and other related fields.
- Registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) and have a valid license to practice.
- 5 years’ professional experience in related fields.
- 3 written references.
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal & Influential Skill.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Counselling Skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and administrative skills, and commitment to team work.
- Understanding of the manner in which the hospital services interconnect.
- Understanding of quality issues surrounding the provision of a medicine distribution service, and the training of technicians providing this service.
