Key responsibilities

  • Staff oversight
  • CRM system management
  • Point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Meeting, greeting, and directing visitors and new staff to the organization
  • Managing petty cash and banking
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments; preparing documents for meetings
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Diploma or Degree holder
