Job Title: Customer Experience Manager
- Responsible for overseeing the customer experience
- Formulation and implementation of the customer experience strategy
- Management of all customer touch points
- Ensuring customer retention targets and revenue are met
- Management of customer experience staff
- Management of the customer life cycle
- Ensuring quality assurance of the customer interactions
- Ensuring effective after sale support
Closing date if the 7th of February 2017. At least 5 years experience required in the pay tv industry at a manager level responsible for customer experience. Relevant qualifications required
