POSITION: IC TRAINEES
DEPARTMENT: 2 TRAINEES (SECOND IN COMMAND) PEOPLE SUPPORT
LOCATION: LUSAKA, COPPERBELT

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

2 IC is a Second In Command Supervisory Internal Training. This program is intended for management succession plan, after intense exposure to storage systems and procedures.

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 Secondary school with five O-levels including English and Mathematics
• Relevant tertiary qualification and PC literacy (would be advantageous)
• Should have high levels Of maturity and business acumen
• Willing to work anywhere in Zambia
• English Speaking, Reading and Writing and any other local language
• Core skills needed: Attention to detail; effective communication, Self- motivated and directed
