Job Title: Information Technology (I.T) Officer

PEPSI Zambia, a leading Beverage manufacturing company situated at plot No. 37426, Mungwi Road in Heavy Industrial area, Lusaka is currently looking to recruit a suitably qualified individual to fill the position of Information Technology (I.T) Officer.

Main Duties/ Responsibilities:

Handle daily technical support activities on desktop/Laptop/Mobile/printer network and server management for in-house user and remote sales user.

Setup computers/laptop and install software for various applications and programs.
Support for Network Connectivity, Mobile Phone, Internet, Wireless, Switch, LAN & WAN.

Responsible for troubleshooting & Administration relating to server/desktop/laptop/printer Internet, Emailing, Hardware, Software running or all IT.

Responsible for User backup and server (SQL) Backup and restoration.

Windows XP/7/8 handling.
Office 2007/2010/2013 handling and trouble shooting.

Vendor management, Asset Inventory (PC, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, UPS & Mobile).

Qualifications:

Recognised tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.

Experience managing IT systems for small, medium and large organizations.

Experience in windows installation & recovery.

Must posses Knowledge of Sever,Active directory, Antivirus, CCTV, Biometric attendance system, UPS & Printer.

Strong inter-cultural and inter-personal communication skills.
