Pharmacist Full-time–Lusaka

Qualifications required for the position:

  • B. Sc Pharmacy
  • Training or experience in clinical research will be an  added advantage
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification professional experience
  • Good interpersonal/communications skills
  • Fluency in verbal and written English and Bemba.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Availability for emergency calls 24 hours/day
  • Knowledge of computer and email communication

 

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Importation of Investigational and Approved Drugs
  • Vaccine Inventory, Preparation, and Disposal
  • Ordering/Inventory/Dispensing of Drugs as required by   ZEHRP programs
  • Documentation of procedures, processes and events related to the vaccine
  • Compliance with GCP/ICH Guidelines
