We are looking for experienced After Sales Engineers – Dish Installation for Lusaka and Copperbelt Provinces for a reputable Telecommunications Company.
Job Description
- To install outdoor antennas for customers.
- To solve signal reception problems for customers.
- To provide door service to activate customers who have not renewed the subscription fees, to motivate customers to renew subscription fees and upgrade their program packages.
- To sell decoders, recharge cards and other products and accessories actively.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years and above
- At least 2-3 years experience in Dish/Antenna installation
- A Grade 12 Certificate with passes in English and Mathematics
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
- Zambian with a green National Registration Card
