SEEKING PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES

The AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) Zambia is a non-profit organization providing healthcare to vulnerable communities. The AHF is seeking the services of companies that are able to provide photography and videography (respectively) on a retainer basis. The details of the services to be provided include the following:

1. Photography:

The details of the services to be provided include the following:

  • Staff Profiling by photography and draft captioning
  • Client profiling by photography and draft captioning
  • AHF Grant Profiling by photography and draft captioning
  • Clinic profiling by photography and draft captioning
  • Action-oriented pictures for all activities and events brought to the service provider’s notice within the agreement period
  • Archiving all AHF Zambia’s work in Folders
  • Make a compilation of pictures from AHF’s archives, for social media platforms.
  • Any other activity deemed worthy for photography as will be communicated by AHF Zambia.

2. Videography:

The details of the services to be provided include the following:

  • Staff Profiling by Video Recording
  • Client Profiling by Video Recording
  • AHF Grant Profiling by Video Recording
  • Clinic Profiling by Video Recording
  • Short Videos for activities & events brought to videographer’s notice within the contract period
  • Archiving all AHF Zambia’s work
  • Make Vox Pops on different topics
  • Make short videos from AHF’s archives and social media.

Interested companies should drop their proposals in the tender box placed at AHF Zambia Headoffice situated at 32 Bishops Road in Kabulonga, Lusaka. The proposal should include the following:

  • Cover letter;
  • Company profile;
  • Proof of registration;
  • Proof of having done similar work before;
  • Quotation.

The cover letter and the envelope should clearly indicate which service (Photography or Videography) is being applied for. Those wishing to apply for both should send two separate clearly labelled applications. Bids in properly sealed envelopes and clearly should be dropped in the tender box at the reception, addressed to:
