Key Responsibilities
- This position will be required to adhere to all relevant requirements, policies, procedures and legal regulations pertaining to health, safety, environment and quality, as well as finance, human resources, and any other regulations as required by the company and relevant to the level of the role and responsibilities of the function.
- Supply general physiotherapy services to Kalumbila and Ndola site as required
- Supply advanced physiotherapy services to all sites as required
- Develop and implement general rehabilitation guidelines for sites with the OT
- Support the OH program with ergonomic assessments and specialist input
- Provide education and training to other health professionals
- Support evacuations
- Support referrals processes
- Supervise contract with MBCC – costs, contract details, supporting HR with information and problem solving re health
- Continue implementation of the audit action plans
- Implement Isometrix and be ‘Super User’
- Develop and implement a specific health education program with wellness staff and continue to update the intranet once launched
Qualification & Experience;
- Minimum of 5 years relevant years experience with the combination of below background and health care disciplines
- A degree in physiotherapy with specialist experience in neurological, developmental, rehabilitative, or occupational physiotherapy
- 2 years management experience, with a combination of training experience
- A broad understanding and experience of the wider health care industry (international)
- Demonstrably computer competent (this will be tested)
