REGISTRATION OF SUPPLIERS: MARCH 2020 TO FEBRUARY 2022

Planned Parenthood Association of Zambia (PPAZ), established in 1972, is a non-profit and non-governmental organization and a Member Association of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). PPAZ envisions a society in which all people in Zambia enjoy equal sexual and reproductive health and rights and have equal access to quality and affordable sexual and reproductive health Information and services. PPAZ’s mission is to advocate for the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women, men, young people, especially the vulnerable, and empower them to make free and informed reproductive health choices.  PPAZ works closely with the Government of the Republic of Zambia through the Ministry of Health and other ministries.  The Association also collaborates with various international cooperating partners to achieve positive sexual and reproductive health outcomes for adolescent girls and women.

PPAZ hereby seeks to register suppliers of goods and services for the period March 2020 to February, 2022 in the following categories:

1. GENERAL

3. Maintenance of Firefighting Equipment and Security Services
4. Advertising Services and Media Services
5. Professional IT Support Services
6. Maintenance of office equipment: (copiers, fax machines printers and computers)
7. Maintenance of air conditioners
8. Accommodation and Conference facilities
9. Catering Services and hospitality
10. Cleaning Services, Pest Control and Garbage Collection
11. Customs, Clearing and Forwarding Agency
12. Electrical and Plumbing materials
13. Painting/Interior Finishes

2. GOODS

1. Supply of IT Equipment and Accessories i.e. Laptops and Desk Top Computers & Network Infrastructure Computer Hardware, Software and Accessories
2. Supply of
3. Office Equipment and Furniture i.e. office cabinets, trays etc.
4. Supply and maintenance of Air Conditioners

3. MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, MEDICINES AND CONSUMABLES

1. Laboratory Equipment and reagents

4. INSURANCE

2. Insurance services

5. ROAD AND AIR FREIGHT CLEARING AGENCIES

Requirements:

All applicants should enclose and submit the under mentioned to the address stated below:

1. Certificate of Registration/Incorporation
2. Copies of VAT Certificates, Tax Clearance and TPIN Registration Certificate
3. Copies of Audited financial Statements for the last one year.
4. Detailed Company Profile
5. Relevant regulatory Certificate (ERB, ZEMA, ZAMRA, ZPPA, ZICTA, Accounting Professional bodies, etc.)
6. Indicate items/service to supply
7. Indicate physical & postal address, phone numbers, contact persons, email address etc.
8. Bidders are required to attach the above documents to PPAZ Supplier Registration Form and
9. Due Diligence forms which can be obtained from PPAZ’s Accounts Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five hundred Kwacha only (K500.00) from Monday to Friday between 9:00hours and 12:00hours.

All vendors who are currently supplying goods to PPAZ must apply with all documentation attached as stated above.

• Suppliers who meet the above minimum requirements will be shortlisted for pre-qualification inspection to confirm eligibility. All applications must be clearly labeled ‘Registration of Suppliers for the Year March, 2020 – February 2022 and can be sent via email: [email protected] or deliver to Plot 4592/11, Nkanchibaya Road, P O Box 32221, Rhodes Park, Lusaka. The application should be addressed to the Procurement Committee. The closing date of receipt of applications shall be Tuesday, 31^st March 2020, at 16:00Hours.
