Responsibilities
- To constantly put at disposal of the Plant Manager and Heads of Department reliable and relevant analysis of Operational data for optimal management of the Plant
- Operational Planning
- Ensure the integrity of the operational data including those from the daily operational report, manufacturing instructions and inventory levels
- Coordinate the development of the budget with all plant services to ensure that all activities are included
- Establish production of technical reports: daily, weekly, monthly, and annual, including those for the Group’s account
- Ensure the optimal management of raw materials and semi finished products taken into account in the production process in accordance with the Company standard operating procedures
- Analyse and define the necessary corrective actions to eliminate the deviations
- Ensure data used for inventory planning is accurate and available to Plant Staff and complies with the expectation of the planning cycle (budgets, MTP)
- Establish production performance indicators
- Insure the maintenance of an incident management system (acting as a moderator and not as a reporter),
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or in any relevant field
- Three year’s experience in a similar role
- Basic industrial mechanical knowledge
- Good knowledge in statistics and mathematics
- Good capacity of planning and organization
- Strong analytical skills
