Production Manager job in Zambia
Jewel of Africa is looking for a production manager to oversee the production team to put in place a control system to meet our internal expectations.
Main responsibilities:
- Implement manual scheduling and capacity planning system
- Ensure all staff is present and working efficiently and to maximum capacity
- Ensure hygiene and safety are in compliance with the rules
- Produce weekly/monthly production performance sheet to show data analysis (customer returns, repairs etc.)
Minimum qualifications, skills required:
- Diploma in production management
- Experience in production management is an added advantage
- Have people management skills, leadership and organization skills
- Good time management
