ProEnterprise Ventures Limited is a Zambian startup company founded in 2017 to provide Retail Management Solutions and other customised software solutions to the Zambian market. We do this primarily through a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.

Our customers are Hardware stores, Auto spare Stores, Pharmacies, and Grocery Stories. We also service Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Service Providers. Customer satisfaction is our first priority because our growth depends on creating and sustaining strong customer relationships.

To this end, we seek two (2) self-motivating youthful individuals to further their careers with our company as highlighted in the details below. The successful candidates will train and collaborate with the Customer Support Director with the single purpose of making customers happy.

Customer Support Technician (1), Customer Support Intern (1)

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business Management
• Qualifications in computers will be an added advantage

• Experience in Stock Management, Retail management
• Ability to Telework comfortably
• Experience with Github version control and Python programming language
