Project Manager Job Opportunity In Zambia

Our Client is seeking a full time Project Manager to manage internal and client driven projects. Projects will be varied in nature, ranging from the implementation of school solutions within schools to the delivery of e-learning content.

Duties to include:

• To take projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring this is done on-time, within budget and to scope
• Define project scope with project sponsors, and create a workplan and budget, and own through to delivery
• Create and maintain accurate project documentation
• Allocate and co-ordinate project resources effectively
• Perform continuous risk management to ensure issues are avoided or minimised
• Manage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
• Experience in either the software or public sector workspace would be ideal
• Excellent communication and client facing skills, both written and verbal
• A natural organiser, with an attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Being able to deal with multiple projects at the same time
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• The role will be primarily office based, but travel within Zambia may be required

Key Qualifications:

• A minimum 2-3 years of proven project delivery
• University educated
• Project management qualifications would be a bonus
