Quality Control Manager (with industrial experience)

Professional and Academic Qualifications: Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Science & Engineering

Location: Lusaka

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable

Experience required: Minimum 10-15 years of hands-on experience in any Chemical manufacturing/FMCG industry.

Skill set: Strong supervisory skills. Should possess strong analytical skills in the field of testing and process control. Should be thorough in SQC/GLP/GMP, etc.

Should possess strong troubleshooting skills. Should have strong quality mindset in the areas of RMPM acceptance criteria, process monitoring, developing testing protocol, handling customer complaints and local regulatory requirements.
