The Board of Radio Chimwemwe invites applications from suitably qualified and committed Christians to fill the position of Station Manager. The Station is located on the 7th Floor of Mpelembe House, Cnr Broadway/ Maina Soko Avenue, Ndola

Main Purpose

To professionally and efficiently manage day-to-day operations and affairs of the radio station in order to provide reliable information and communication services based on Christian principles to all sections of the communities that the station transmits in

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Diploma in Media studies/ Journalism/ Business Administration/ Marketing
• Computer skills preferably knowledge of Microsoft packages and sound editing software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Diligent and willing to undertake broad spectrum of tasks
• Sober character and willing to work beyond normal hours
• Writing and editing skills essential

 

• Radio broadcasting experience at management level will be an added advantage
