A partnership between Ndola City Council and Henan Guoji Group that is delivering a new approach to urbanization and town design based on integrity and amicability. Hill Park is a gated community conveniently located in the residential area of Mitengo along Mufulira Road.

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager to work full time for us.

Requirements

• Real Estate Experience and Knowledge
• 5+ years of working experience in Marketing and Sales at a Managerial Position
• University Degree
• Clear Criminal Record

Duties

•  Creating and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s client base and ensures a strong brand presence.
• Recruiting, Training, Objectives setting, Managing and Performance Monitoring of Sales Consultants.·
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to management.·
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Helping your sales team reach their full sales potential is the main objective of a real estate sales manager, and the ability to support and motivate sales agents is essential to success at this job. Teaching the consultants how to hold a presentation at companies, events, etc
