EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY

Zambia Seed Company Limited (ZAMSEED) is an agricultural input provider operating in Zambia and some SADC/COMESA countries. Its main objective is to develop, produce, and the market high-quality seed of selected agricultural and horticultural crops.

The company is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the position of REGIONAL SALES MANAGER.

Objective

To develop and nurture, in the assigned region of operation, a wide repertoire of new and existing customers and to grow the market for Zamseed products by offering superior service to customers in a structured manner.

Requirements

1. BSc in Agricultural Science, Agriculture Economics/ Agribusiness management with at least three (3) years work experience, or Diploma in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Business Management with three (3) years relevant work experience.
2. Membership to the Zambia Institute of Marketing would be an added advantage.
3. Comprehensive computer skills
4. Good communication skills and ability to relate with a broad range of players in the market.
5. A valid Driver’s License
6. Must be result-oriented and able to work with minimum supervision
