  • Identify and reach out to key prospects via various means (relationships, references, cold calling) to generate sales leads.
  • Create Pipeline of projects to meet the sales targets.
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, negotiate and close deals.
  • Work closely with the pre-sales and professional services teams in the solution and delivery of projects.
  • Maintain the sales reporting system in line with company objectives, commission plans and targets.
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with sales and pre-sales teams across the company.
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategies and plans for approved business strategy.
  • Involve in the planning and execution of marketing events as well as PR activities related to new business development.
  • Identify and develop new Channel Partners to extend the sales reach in the territories assigned.
  • Contribute towards developing the required sales and product skills within the team.
  • Contribute towards the development of new solutions, gathering market intelligence, defining product requirements and business case development.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

What distinguishes you

Proven success in business-to-business sales is a must as well as substantial working experience with companies providing Smart Connected solutions.
Worked with local or MNC’s such as Accenture, PTC, AWS SAP or Microsoft
8-10 years of experience of which at least 4-5 years of direct solution sales experience
Knowledge in SaaS, PaaS and IaaS is essential
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, high level of creativity is essential, able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team across the organization

and functional boundaries
Comfortable (experienced) in C-level interactions, strong planning, execution and convincing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, willing to travel in the region
