Request for Quotation: Graphic Design – Retail Paper Bags for Eco-Charcoal

Purpose:

Bag to be used in retail sales of premium charcoal in Zambian supermarkets and other retail outlets.

Specifications:

The subcontractor (Designer) shall provide the following design:

• Graphic design of full-color bags for Eco-Charcoal made from three-ply paper.

Sizes of bags:

• The bags must accommodate the following volume of Eco-Charcoal: 10 kg, 5 kg, 3 kg and share similar design. Approximate size of 10 kg bag is 55 x 80 cm (exact measurements tbd).

The output will be in the artwork format to be delivered to both BCP and the selected printing company for printing of bags in their desired format.

Timing:

• The design must be completed within two weeks from the hiring date.
