Supply and Delivery of ICT Items

Background

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds to be used towards finance for the supply and delivery of ICT items at National Office in PHI Lusaka.

Instructions

Potential Suppliers are now invited to participate in this open tender by following the instructions below;

1) The tender is open to all potential suppliers in Zambia

2) There is no charge applicable in participating in this tender

3) Quotations should be submitted in HARD COPIES only in a sealed envelope and must be deposited at the front office and signed for by the person submitting. No electronic submission will be allowed.

4) Full payment will be made after full delivery and acceptance of the items.

5) No payment shall be made on any part of the supply not satisfactorily performed.

6) The estimated delivery period shall be 5 working days from the contract award date.

7) The selection criteria shall follow these requirements;

a. Certificate of business registration

b. Valid tax clearance certificate for 2020

c. Confirmation of funds availability to finance this project yourself (commitment letter or financial statement showing available funds equivalent to your quotation value)

d. Delivery period should not be more than 14 days from contract award date.

e. Provide minimum of 3 latest contracts successfully performed in the last 12 months in relation to supply of these materials.Past contract copies will be required as proof

Quotation Submission

Your fully costed and supported quotation with selection requirements must be submitted not later than Wednesday 1st April 2020 at 17:00hrs and should be submitted to the following address.
