BBC Media Action is the international development charity of the BBC. We are currently looking to recruit for multiple positions.

Please note that produce/mentors and researchers will be expected to travel extensively within Zambia.

JOB TITLE: RESEARCH MANAGER

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience of conducting qualitative and quantitative research, preferably in either the governance and/or media sector.
  • Must have experience in designing research tools, and have excellent analytical and report writing skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Social Science or related field.
  • The Research Manager will line manage a number of Research Officers, and have some budget responsibility.
  • The Research Manager will hold overall responsibility for delivery all the programmes research and outreach activities.
  • A valid driving license is essential.

Applicants will be based in Lusaka.
