Responsibilities
- Responsible for the functionality of the accounts receivable section of the finance department
- Reconcile and maintain an accurate and linked students ledger to the registration documents
- Oversee the maintenance of the student accounts(billing, collection and allocation transactions
- Maintain relations with all institutional stakeholders of the University
- Provide up-to-date status reports on all student accounts
- Reconcile and maintain a clear and linked students ledger balance to the registration documents
- To develop clear roles and tasks for the Revenues Team to ensure accounting reporting functions are completed in a timely and effective manner
Qualifications
- One year in accounts receivables or billing set-up at supervisor level
- Knowledge of Pastel Partner essential
- Highly detail oriented
- Ability to work co-cooperatively, collaboratively and constructively with other departments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
