Female Swimming Instructor

Minimum qualifications and requirements:

• Swimming Coach/Instructor Certificate
• Lifeguarding and Water Safety Certificate
• At least 2 years’ experience as a Swimming Instructor

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Creating an educational and safe swimming environment for all learners
• Ensuring instructional equipment remains in good condition
• Ensuring high levels of customer service in every interaction with learners, by understanding their concerns and accommodating their needs.
• Guarantying safety at all times and provide first aid when necessary.
• Performing any cleaning duties as assigned to help establish and maintain quality at all times.
• Enforcing all company policies procedures in efforts to maintain a quiet, safe and secure environment for learners.
• Reporting any unsafe conditions or situations that require attention to the manager.
• Adhering and adapting to all current and new ISAZ and ZASU policies, procedures and initiatives.
