an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will be supporting the growth of Bosch by coordinating strategic projects and supporting our Management in the
day-to-day tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate strategic projects steered by the Management, with direct Project Management responsibility over few of them.
- Coordinate communication with headquarters, local management and business divisions.
- Prepare and coordinate meetings for the General Manager, write meeting minutes, follow up open point lists.
- Prepare and organize relevant visits for the General Manager, including travel management and expense claims.
- Drafting of presentations in PowerPoint.
- Organize local events, team building activities and staff meetings.
- General administrative and secretarial tasks.
What distinguishes you
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent networking, communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and multi-tasking
- Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable role
