an Executive Assistant to the General Manager, you will be supporting the growth of Bosch by coordinating strategic projects and supporting our Management in the

day-to-day tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate strategic projects steered by the Management, with direct Project Management responsibility over few of them.
  • Coordinate communication with headquarters, local management and business divisions.
  • Prepare and coordinate meetings for the General Manager, write meeting minutes, follow up open point lists.
  • Prepare and organize relevant visits for the General Manager, including travel management and expense claims.
  • Drafting of presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Organize local events, team building activities and staff meetings.
  • General administrative and secretarial tasks.

What distinguishes you

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent networking, communication and organizational skills
  • Flexibility and multi-tasking
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable role
