What do we offer?

The Regional Sourcing Specialist Brewing Raw Materials works in cooperation with the Global or Regional Category Team to support the development and execution of category practices for selected categories, including support of sourcing strategy definition, deployment and stakeholder alignment. With strong category focus the Sourcing Specialist drives and supports the execution of the sourcing projects and is the point of interaction between the Global / Regional Category Team and the Global and Regional Sourcing Analyst Pool.

Who are you?

Academic background:

Preferably graduate with economic/technically orientated diploma/degree.  More than 2 years of procurement practitioner experience, broad background across different business functions

Experience:

Sufficient procurement practitioner experience, broad background across different business functions. Ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.   Experience driving organisational change and implementing company policy is beneficial.

Professional Affiliation:

Membership of Zambia Institute of Purchasing and Supply is essential

Language skills:

Proficiency in English essential

Personal:

Ambitious and self-driven with the ability to work proactively and autonomously in a complex and challenging environment. Both the role and SABMiller would suit someone looking for the potential to further develop a career in procurement.
