JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for sales co-ordination through planning, developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ensure long term goals of the company are achieved by making sure that branches meet set sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and carry out data analysis
- Custodian of customer leads data base and qualified leads for the market
- Responsible for searching for tenders and handling tender procedures
- Enhancing good customer service through handling suggestions and queries from the branches in order to maximize customer satisfaction
- Supply management with reports on branch needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
- Responsible for stock movement by ordering stock for branches and expediting dispatch documents
- Maintain stock control in branches by ensuring regular stock checks and procedures are adhered
- Perform any other assigned duties by the superior
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Full grade 12 certificate
- Relevant qualifications in marketing and sales
- 3 – 5 year experience in similar role
