JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for sales co-ordination through planning, developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Ensure long term goals of the company are achieved by making sure that branches meet set sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and carry out data analysis
  • Custodian of customer leads data base and qualified leads for the market
  • Responsible for searching for tenders and handling tender procedures
  • Enhancing good customer service through handling suggestions and queries from the branches in order to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Supply management with reports on branch needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
  • Responsible for stock movement by ordering stock for branches and expediting dispatch documents
  • Maintain stock control in branches by ensuring regular stock checks and procedures are adhered
  • Perform any other assigned duties by the superior

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Full grade 12 certificate
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing and sales
  • 3 – 5 year experience in similar role
