Robert and Syls Financial Service is a Zambian-owned company that has been in existence since 2012.Its head office is in Lusaka, located at 1259/10 Mambilima road, Rhodespark. The company’s principal lines of business are  Insurance broking and the Provision of Microfinance services. Robert and Syls Financial services is looking to recruit talented sales individuals to be based in Ndola, Lusaka, and Mongu.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onboarding new clients
• Achieve set sales targets
• Conduct Market research
• Compile weekly reports
• Ensure optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources
• Continually seek new opportunities to market services and bring in new customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Full Grade 12 Certificate + College Certificate. Diploma in Marketing or any Business related course will be an added advantage.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Sales Experience in insurance / Microfinance is preferred
• Excellent Interpersonal communication
• Ability to Meet Targets
• Microsoft Office
• Able to work with minimum supervision
