JOB SUMMARY

Advertising sales agents sells advertising space to businesses and individuals. They contact potential clients, make sales presentations, and maintain client accounts.

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • New business generation. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Relationship management. Creating and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Customer service. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 5 Credits at ‘O’ Level/ Grade 12.
  • Any Tertiary qualification in Sales Management is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 1 Year selling experience.
